Eppendorf® 5702 R Refrigerated Centrifuge
The Eppendorf® 5702 R is a compact, low-speed refrigerated centrifuge designed for clinical research and cell culture applications. It offers a maximum speed of 4,400 rpm (3,000 × g) and features a temperature range from -9 °C to +40 °C, making it suitable for heat-sensitive samples. The centrifuge includes the FastTemp function for rapid pre-cooling and an ECO shut-off feature that activates after 8 hours of inactivity to conserve energy. Its compact design allows for easy placement on lab benches, and it operates quietly to minimize noise in the laboratory environment. The 5702 R is equipped with six different rotor options to accommodate various tube types, enhancing its versatility for different applications. The refrigerated Centrifuge accommodates 12 - 20 blood collection tubes (Vacutainer®, Monovette®, Vacuette®), dependent on size of the tubes.
