The B. Braun^® Perfusor^® Space^® is a compact, high-precision syringe infusion pump designed for versatile clinical applications, including intravenous, epidural, parenteral, and enteral therapies. Weighing approximately 1.4 kg, it features a user-friendly interface with a 5.1-inch color touchscreen, providing intuitive navigation for clinicians. The pump offers advanced safety mechanisms, such as an integrated piston brake to prevent free flow during syringe changes and automatic bolus reduction following occlusion alarms. It supports a wide range of syringe sizes and includes a comprehensive drug library with customizable profiles and dosage limits to minimize medication errors. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and HL7 interfaces, enabling seamless integration into hospital IT systems.
